Registration 2025

Lake Forest Academy provides on-campus residence halls and cafeteria meals. We hope you will consider staying on the LFA campus to enhance the kind of community weekend June Camp is known for. We also offer options for those who prefer to commute from home, since our venue is close to the Chicago metropolitan area.

May 13, 2025   Steve K dance review requests and Dance Exchange requests

May 20, 2025   T-shirt orders, work scholarship applications, last day to register without a late fee

May 27, 2025    Registration for dorm housing and meals closes

Only "No Lodging/No Meals" attendance applications after May 27, 2025

• Fill out the online registration form below (if you can't do this online, please ask someone to do it for you, or contact us). 
  Fill out a separate registration form for each person attending.  (Note that completion of the registration includes accepting our policies and agreeing to a risk and liability statement.)

• Total your costs (with a calculator or paper and pencil).  Consider an additional donation towards the costs of camp.  Thank you!

• Pay for camp (you may make a single payment for multiple registrants): 

• By check to "Midwest Folk Dance Association, Inc."  (NOT to "June Camp")  mailed along with your name and tally/total of payments to:

• Pay by credit card or PayPal using the button below
  Please enter the entire amount of your payment for camp, not just any donation portion, despite the fact that the payment is called a donation. We would gladly accept a donation to offset your PayPal fee if you choose to pay by this method.

• We can only accept checks and Paypal from within the U.S.   If you are coming from another country, please pay cash at camp or arrange for a bank transfer. 

• Contact us if you need to arrange or postpone payment.

• After May 20, add a $20 late fee for each person registering in a category that includes housing or meals.  Because we must give final counts to the college well in advance, no one may register after May 27 in categories that include housing or meals.
