Payment 

We are using Zeffy now instead of Paypal because it saves both us and you any fees (but read carefully below)!

• You may make a single payment for multiple registrants 

• Pay by credit card (or bank transfer) via Zeffy by clicking HERE   (but read everything below first!)

  • Enter the entire amount of your payment for camp without any donation portion, despite the fact that the payment is called a donation. 

  • There will be a chance to add a donation for the Midwest Folk Dance Association separately and we would be grateful for that.  

  • Note: ignore the wording  "pay what you can" on Zeffy!

• Donations on Zeffy

  • Please note that Zeffy encourages donations to Zeffy. You do not need to donate to Zeffy unless you want to. 

  • A donation to Zeffy is different from a donation to June Camp (MFDA).

  • When you are filling out the page you will see a solicitation for donations to Zeffy:

"Help keep Zeffy free for Midwest Folk Dance Association Inc 💜 (optional)

Your generosity allows Midwest Folk Dance Association Inc to use Zeffy's 100% free fundraising and emailing platform with unlimited support, making your impact even stronger."

• If you do not wish to donate to Zeffy:

  • A 17% additional donation to Zeffy is the default BUT the drop-down menu offers “Other”.

  • When the “Contribution” window shows, just put in $0, or whatever amount you might wish to donate to Zeffy (in addition and separate from your donation to the Midwest Folk Dance Association-June Camp).

• Alternatively, send a check to "Midwest Folk Dance Association, Inc."  (NOT to "June Camp")  mailed along with your name and tally/total of payments to:    Mady Newfield, 914 Horne Street, Saint Charles, IL 60174

• After May 7, add a $25 late fee for each person registering in a category that includes housing or meals.  Because we must give final counts to the college well in advance, no one may register after May 24 in categories that include housing or meals.
